We are a Darlington based marketing agency working nationally across the UK. Hubspoke Media provides professional photography, videography and written content services to both the surrounding areas and nationally.
Hubspoke Marketing was created in 2016 when owner and company director Adam Walker decided to align his passion for photography and enterprise and set up a company that championed small business growth, with professional marketing and media services.
Recognising the growing demand from his clients for media services he developed the Hubspoke Media strand of the business, and in 2021, made the decision to refresh the brand and lead with Hubspoke Media. Hubspoke’s aim stays true to this day - Impactful media and impactful marketing!
We work nationally and regionally to deliver a range of services for our clients. The relationship between strong media and strong marketing is undeniable and through our professional services, we help create successful brands to be proud of. We work to a diverse range of specifications, with products, places and people being the foundations of all our work.
Adam is a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is actively engaged in the CIM Continuing Professional Development Programme. He is local to the Darlington area but works Nationally, delivering media and marketing services for a range of sectors, including Sport, Leisure, Public Health, SME marketing and Sustainable Travel, including work for National Sustainable Travel Organisation, Modeshift.
Adam has a real talent for seamless video productions and on point photography whatever the setting. A pro behind the camera, he is also not averse to time on screen himself and enjoys producing Hubspoke Video Content for our Media Channels.
When Adam isn’t behind the lens or a screen you will find him donning his flat cap and walking boots and enjoying all things outdoors. Of course, he never misses an opportunity to take some great pictures while he is at it. And, you probably won’t be surprised to know that the Hubspoke name is a nod to Adams’ other passion – cycling!
Gill Walker joined Hubspoke Media in February 2022. Is the surname a coincidence? - Gill is indeed Adam's Mum! (we don't mind telling you)
Gill has enjoyed a varied 40-year career working with children young people and families in schools and local authorities. In 2010 she set up a social enterprise, a business with social purpose, working with young people with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a high street shop. This business won many national competitions and attracted investment to work with others to set up similar operations across the North East. Gill has a range of public sector consultancy experience and has since launched a Yoga business - Zafu
Trained in Yoga and mindfulness and meditation she has been providing Yoga sessions over the last three years with a range of face to face and online sessions.
Behind the scenes Gill has always been involved with Hubspoke in some way or another. With her business experience she is a great asset to the team to support the business operations of Hubspoke Media.
Jess is the newest member of the team. Jess has experience in creating a range of on trend content. Jess is also a self managed song writer and producer. She holds a degree in music production. Jess has released her first Drum and Bass album and was feature BBC Introducing - North Yorkshire.
Jess' role is support the content production and creation here at Hubspoke Media.
Alina joined Hubspoke Media in June 2022. Alina started as a level three apprentice with Hubspoke Media and is now a content creator in the team. Alina is the Hubspoke "editor in chief"and has worked on all kinds of media from short form content to TV and cinema advertising. Alina also supports media shoots and production.
